Stan Jones
Stan Jones is the owner, auctioneer, appraiser, and broker at Jones Auction & Realty, LLC. With over 60 years of experience in the family-founded auction business, Stan has been dedicated to serving southern Wisconsin's auction, real estate, and appraisal needs, with a special passion for rural and farm-related relationships.
Throughout his career, Stan has earned numerous certifications, including CAI, CAGA, AMM, AARE, and BAS. He is an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association. As a Wisconsin Registered Auctioneer, Stan has contributed to the profession by serving on the Governor's Board for the Auctioneer Licensing Committee and has held positions as Vice-President, President, and Chairman of the Board for the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
Beyond his professional commitments, Stan is deeply involved in his community. He participates in multiple clubs, organizations, and volunteer positions, and is a member of Good Shepherd Church in Watertown, where he has also served on various boards. Together with his wife, Sherry, Stan enjoys traveling and spending quality time with their daughter, her husband, and their cherished granddaughters.
Stan's extensive experience, professional achievements, and community involvement make him a respected leader in the industry and a valued member of the southern Wisconsin community.

Sherry J
After graduating from Dodgeland High School, Sherry began working the very next day at Brandt in Watertown, where she remained from 1972 to 1976. In 1976, Sherry joined Provimi and, in 1986, was promoted to manage the premix manufacturing operations. Sherry remained with the premix side until 2021, holding numerous roles over the years, including positions in Human Resources, various leadership and management roles, Vice President, and earning certifications in Safe Feed/Safe Food and HACCP. Alongside her professional career, Sherry worked with Stan in farming, raising a family, and running auctions. Sherry is a member of the Dodge County Pork Producers (serving as a past Treasurer/President) and the Clyman Lions Club. Since retiring in 2021, Sherry has taken on various roles with Jones Auction & Realty, including responsibilities in HR and accounting.

Kraig B
Kraig's passion for the auction industry began in his youth, attending auctions with his parents. After a long and successful career in public sector administration, he joined Jones Auction & Realty, LLC, in September 2022 as General Manager. In this role, Kraig leads strategic growth, manages operations, and fosters strong client relationships. He oversees all aspects of online auctions, including financial performance, team development, and technology implementation, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, Kraig ensures that appraisals are kept on schedule and completed in a timely manner.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Kraig enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He and his wife have been dedicated treatment foster parents for over 18 years, demonstrating their commitment to providing a supportive environment for children in need.

Robin S
Robin joined the Jones Auction & Realty team in the fall of 2017. As Office Manager, she plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Often serving as the first point of contact for our customers—whether by phone, email, or in person—Robin's understanding and knowledge of our services are invaluable. She collaborates closely with Stan to provide exceptional customer service and assists with all aspects of our business to maintain a seamless office environment.
Outside of work, Robin enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, on their small farm north of Watertown, where they homeschooled their five children and raised nursery pigs. Today, their family has grown to include four daughters and sons-in-law and twelve grandchildren. In her free time, you'll find Robin tending to her garden, cooking and preserving the harvest, enjoying a good book, or spending time with family.

Tyler W
Tyler Wollitz, a lifelong Watertown resident, has been an integral part of Jones Auction & Realty for 12 years. As an Auction Assistant, Tyler's diverse responsibilities include clerking live auctions, setting up and cataloging online auctions, managing equipment consignment through AuctionTime, and assisting with equipment valuation research for appraisals. He collaborates closely with both sellers and buyers, ensuring a seamless auction experience.
Beyond his professional role, Tyler is passionate about photography, focusing on farm machinery, wildlife, and rural landscapes. He shares his work on multiple social media platforms under the name T.Wollitz Farm Photography. His Instagram profile showcases his dedication to agriculture and the outdoors, featuring images captured with his Sony A7R5 and A6700 cameras. On Facebook, his page offers a collection of Wisconsin farming and rural photography. Additionally, Tyler maintains a YouTube channel where he uploads videos primarily centered around farm equipment and other outdoor-related topics. In his leisure time, Tyler enjoys attending tractor pulls, participating in farm shows, and hunting with friends.
Tyler's commitment to his work and his community, combined with his creative pursuits, make him a valued member of the Jones Auction & Realty team.

Laura R
Laura is a lifelong resident of Watertown and new to the Auction & Real Estate business but comes with over 26 years in Newspaper advertising with The Milwaukee Journal/Gannett Media Co. with a range of experience from design to consulting. When not working at Jones Auction & Realty you can find her working part-time at the Watertown Public Library Reference desk helping patrons with general info and tech inquiries as well as working on various freelance projects for Jennifer Creative. She and her husband Todd (married 39 years) have 3 children, all married - 2 daughters & a son along with 4 grandchildren ranging from ages 4 to 20. In her spare-time she likes to spend time with her grandchildren or read (thrillers are the preferred genre but is up to read just about anything!).

Hailey F
We are thrilled to welcome Hailey as the newest member of our team. In her role, Hailey will work diligently behind the scenes to set up auctions for our customers and will occasionally assist in the office. She will also be present on location during auction pickups, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Outside of work, Hailey cherishes spending time with her boyfriend and their beloved cat, Opal. She has a passion for photography and jewelry making, often dedicating her free time to these creative pursuits. Her artistic eye and attention to detail not only enrich her personal projects but also enhance her contributions to our team.
Hailey's enthusiasm and diverse skill set make her a valuable addition to our staff, and we look forward to the positive impact she will have on our services.
